Verified identity
Powers of attorney are signed with the client's government-issued digital certificate in the Lexsys mobile app. DNI numbers are matched across the Apud Acta, the identity card and the finance agreement before a case advances.
Certified filing
Court papers are signed with the instructing lawyer's LexNET card, so every submission is legally binding and attributable.
Auditable records
Every notification, deadline, draft and filing is retained in a secure, time-stamped record for the life of the case.
Lawyer in control
The agent drafts, compiles and proposes. Filing and substantive responses remain reviewable — and where you choose, approvable — by a qualified lawyer.
Purpose-limited data
Client documents are processed to assess, validate, prepare and manage the instructed case, and are handled in line with Spanish and EU data protection requirements.
Trained by lawyers
Models are built and evaluated by experienced lawyers and procuradors against real case outcomes and court rulings, not generic legal corpora alone.
