What you'll get with this service

The Lexsys AI enabled Procurador service is a high volume service with no upfront costs to our partner lawyers. The service manages up to 80% of court notifications automatically, reducing partner lawyer costs and manpower requirements. Through AI automation and notification time management we reduce delays and increase time to case completion. With no costs to our service until the case is won, our partner lawyers can submit higher case volumes without creating a cashflow issue.

Lexnet Integrated

New cases are submitted to court with a click and receive instant notice from the court of receipt of the court demand. All future case notifications are received, analysed and categorised by the AI service.

Pattern recognition

As soon as a notification arrives, the system classifies its type (e.g. providencia, auto, diligencia), extracts deadlines, required actions, relevant parties and cross checks them against active case files.

Contextual interpretation

The AI Legal agent drafts the appropriate procedural response such as submitting an acknowledgment, filing required documents or alerting the lawyer if human review is needed ensuring compliance with jurisdiction specific matters.

Service level alerts

Throughout the process the AI maintains an audit trail, updates notification status and escalates any ambiguous, high risk or late items to the lawyer.

Frequently asked question

We successfully interpret 100% of all notification types and successfully generate an auto response to 80% of these. The AI Notification agent can be configured to auto respond without intervention or prepare a response for review and manual release.

To classify each court notification, the AI compares the incoming notice against a trained library of procedural formats and linguistic patterns used across different courts (Juzgados, Audiencias Provinciales, Tribunales Superiores, etc.). Using OCR and text structure analysis, it identifies markers such as headings, legal verbs, deadlines, and references to procedural stages. It matches these features to known categories of providencia, auto, decreto, diligencia de ordenación, emplazamiento, requerimiento, and others. If uncertainty exists the system flags the item for human review, ensuring classification accuracy and procedural reliability.

The AI Procurador agent continuously learns about new court notification types by monitoring incoming electronic notices from LexNET, extracting structural and linguistic patterns using natural-language processing. As unfamiliar notification formats appear, the agent applies shot learning and anomaly detection methods to flag novel categories, compare them with previously labeled examples, and infer their likely procedural significance. Expert-validated feedback then reinforces correct interpretations, enabling the model to update its classification schema and maintain accurate, compliant categorisation of judicial communications as they evolve.

Yes if configured to do so. For known simple and intermediate request types the AI agent will release the lawyer for more complex task by responding to the court automatically, reducing case timescales and delay. For more complex notification types the AI will provide a short summary of what is needed to the lawyer, highlight where a time to respond has been set and manage alerts to ensure the lawyer responds in time.
